Preschool Admissions
At Wearhead Primary School, we are able to offer the following preschool provision from Monday to Wednesday each week:
- 15 hours preschool provision for 2-3 year olds who are eligible
- 15 hours free preschool provision for all children aged 3-4 years old
- Additional preschool hours (maximum 15 hours) are available for eligible pupils
Subject to availability, parents can purchase additional hours of preschool provision for their children. Our current summary of charges are:
2-year-old provision- £7-15 per hour
3 and 4-year-old provision £4-75 per hour
Pre-school children may also have a school lunch for £3.37 per day (as of 1/4/24).
Preschool provision on Thursdays and Fridays can be accessed at St John’s Chapel Primary School.
